The Finance Minister informed that a budget of Rs 700 crore will be kept under Sambal Yojana. Apart from this, scholarships will be given to students studying abroad. More than 3 lakh new jobs will be made in the state. Swami Vivekananda Yuva Shakti Mission will be started. 39 new industrial areas will be built.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) studies will start in colleges
Announcing the budget, Finance Minister Jagdish Deora said that there are 73 colleges in the state including government and private. Artificial Intelligence (AI) studies will now be started in these colleges. He also said that through sports, important qualities like discipline, teamwork and confidence are developed among the youth which helps them to live a good and successful life.

- A digital university and National Defense University will be opened in the state.
- In the next 5 years, industries will be given incentive (encouragement) of about 30 thousand crore rupees.
- A provision of Rs 20 crore 52 lakh was made for the aspiration scheme.
