MP Exam: Centers will be set up within three km of school for fifth and eighth board exams

This time five centers will be built under every public education center. The examination centers will be within three km from the school and no more than 250 students will be included at one center.

In informing the State Education Center under special circumstances, the number of examination centers will be increased with the permission of the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat. This time a control room at the state and district level will also be built for the examination.

Any complaint related to the examination can be lodged here. The State Education Center has issued guidelines in this regard. It has been directed that this time the detention policy will also be applicable. Please tell that this time about 24 lakh students from government and private schools will be involved in the examination.

Students who do not get the qualified marks prescribed in class 5th and 8th examination will be given the opportunity for re -examination. For this, the examination will be held again after two months. The re -examination students will also have a prohibition to stop the students in the same class.

The written examination in each subject will be 60 marks, in which 33 percent i.e. 20 marks will have to be scored. Children scoring less than that will have to take the exam again. Even after this, if someone fails, it will be stopped in the same class.

Grade will also be given on regularity and duty

Grade will be given from the school on the achievement of the student in the activities organized in schools. This class teacher will give. There will also be regularity, timeliness, spirit of cooperation, sensitivity to environment, duty and honesty.

Apart from this, grading will also be done on literary, cultural, science, creative, sports. Schools will have to fill grade and marks online by 15 February and send it to the State Education Center. At the same time, additional language is optional for the candidates of the fifth. For this reason, additional language marks will not be added to the annual result.

Examination will be canceled if caught copying

If a student is caught cheating or using unfair means, then his examination will be canceled. His answer book will not be evaluated.

North books have to be deposited within an hour

It has also been directed that a bundle of question papers will be distributed at the centers 45 minutes before the public education center on the day of examination. After the examination is over, the answerbooks will have to be submitted to the public education center within an hour from all the centers.
