Madhya Pradesh is more educated than uneducated unemployed is more educated. In the year 2024, 52,017 uneducated unemployed were, compared to 25,30,742 educated unemployed. In Madhya Pradesh, there were six Global Inviters Summit (GIS) in 10 years, 13,388 investment proposals worth Rs 30 lakh 13 thousand 41.60 crore were received, but only three lakh 47 thousand 891.40 crore rupees could be made on the ground. This capital investment provided employment to two lakh seven thousand 49 unemployed in the state. Now the government has high hope from the seventh GIS held in Bhopal.
In view of the earlier experience, half of the 26.61 lakh crore investment proposal found at the Global Investors Summit (GIS) held in Bhopal on 24-25 February also comes on the ground, then the hard work of Mohan government will be successful. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will review this twice every month. The government’s action plan is to implement investment proposals in the deadline.
For this, there will be a system of monitoring at the Chief Minister, Chief Secretary and Department level. Here, more than 26 lakh unemployed is registered in Madhya Pradesh on employment portal. It is the government’s effort to get employment on direct and indirectly in the private sector with government jobs. Therefore, the government is making every effort from which employment is created.
25,82,759 unemployed in MP, only 2,32,295 applicants got jobs
Even though the state government is constantly making efforts to remove unemployment in the state, in the year 2024, 25 lakh, 82 thousand 759 youths remained unemployed in the state.
Although the government claims that two lakh 32 thousand 295 unemployed applicants were provided offer letters in the private sector through the employment office, but even after offering letters, the government does not know which companies are working in the unemployed youth.
Talking about the last four years, 32 lakh 16 thousand 64 unemployed unemployed were registered in the employment office in the year 2021, 27 lakh 82 thousand 29 were reduced in 2022. In the year 2023, 35 lakh 73 thousand 694 were reduced, and in the year 2024, 25 lakh 82 thousand 759 have been reduced.
MSME can become a big medium of employment
Extension of micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) can become the medium to provide the most employment. For this, the government has formulated MSME, startup and industrial land and building allocation policy.
194 industrial areas have been built only for MSMEs and clusters have been created in the MSME sector of the state. According to the government, three lakh 54 thousand MSME units have been registered. These have the capacity to generate 18.33 lakh jobs.
Here, efforts are also being made to provide GI tags to most products from Madhya Pradesh. In this, the traditional medicines, food grains and their artistic items will be given priority in this. A district of Madhya Pradesh is being branding a product (ODOP). A separate cell has been formed for this.
