New Duniya Representative, Jabalpur. Madhya Pradesh High Court Administrative Judge Sanjeev Sachdeva and Justice Vinay Saraf have given a final order on the PIL of the Narmada Mission under consideration and Samarth Gau Medical Center for the last six years.

In which it has been made clear that construction will be banned in an area of ​​300 meters on both sides of the Narmada coast. This area of ​​300 meters will be kept open. The court has directed the officials concerned to ensure serious compliance of the revised development scheme 2021.

In this case, on 27 February, the order was completed with the arguments of the Bisexuals, the order came out on Saturday, March 1. The High Court had earlier passed an important order on a PIL on a PIL on 13 December 2013, in which it was arranged that construction would be banned on both sides of the Narmada coast within a radius of 300 meters.

Illegal constructions have been done

A PIL was filed in 2019 by the Narmada Mission and Samarth Gau Medical Center, stating that many illegal constructions have been done in the restricted area of ​​the Narmada coast. Many constructions continue. The petition said that in the Master Plan 2021, there will be no construction within the 300 meter radius up to the highest flood level of the river from the Narmada coast.

At the same time, the National Green Tribunal had banned construction in an area of ​​300 meters on both sides from the Narmada coast. During the hearing, it was revealed that the government issued a notification on October 5, 2015, clarifying that 300 meters on both sides of the coastal area of ​​the Narmada River, 100 meters on either side of the project and 50 meters open area (no construction zone) on either side of the Gaur river.

Development plan 2021 has been prepared on the basis of this notification. There will be exemption to build social forestry, landscape, garden, parking, pump house and watchman house in the open area.

The proposal is within the scope of the restricted area or outside, verify in two weeks

In fact, during the pending PIL, the fact was underlined that a special religion is proposed in the restricted area under Tilwara Ghat in Jabalpur. Undertaking by the Center in the year 2019 was given by the Center, no construction will be done without the order of the High Court.

The High Court in its order has directed the competent authorities to verify the fact that the said proposal is under or outside the restricted area. Complete this process in two weeks.
