Indore Court canceled the bail plea of Pintu Ravekar, accused of attack in the house of Councilor Kamlesh Kalra. The court said that the accused had committed the crime in connivance and the kingpin Jitu Yadav is still absconding.

Naiduniya Representative, Indore. The High Court canceled the bail plea of Pintu Ravekar, accused of entering the house of councilor Kamlesh Kalra and misbehaving with his wife, son and mother. After the Sessions Court rejected the bail application, the accused had filed a petition in the High Court.
Advocate Rajesh Joshi said that the petition was heard in the bench of Justice Sanjeev Kalgaonkar on Thursday. We told the court that there are 40 named accused. Of these, only 18 have been arrested so far. The remaining 22 are still absconding.
If Pintu is granted bail, the evidence may affect him.
The accused had committed the crime in connivance. Kingpin Jitu Yadav (Jatav) is still out of police custody. If accused Pintu is granted bail, he may influence the evidence.
The accused himself was arrested four-five days after the incident. If he had nothing to do with the incident, he would not have run away from the police. Advocate Joshi said that after hearing the arguments, the court said that we are canceling the bail petition.
Here… two accused of attack on councilor Kamlesh Kalra’s house surrendered
The two accused who attacked the house of BJP councilor Kamlesh Kalra surrendered dramatically. However, the police has shown his arrest from Kulkarni Nagar. Police have arrested 20 accused in the case.
Till now the police have named Abhilash, cousin of councilor (expelled from BJP) Jitu Yadav, as the main accused. The house of BJP councilor Kamlesh Kalra from Ward 65 was attacked by the supporters of Ward-24 councilor Jitu alias Jitendra Yadav.
18 accused were arrested and sent to jail
The accused vandalized the house and stripped Kalra’s minor son, made a video and broadcast it widely on the internet media. After the displeasure of Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Police Commissioner Santosh Kumar Singh constituted the SIT. According to SIT chief Additional DCP Zone-4 Anand Yadav, the police arrested 18 accused and sent them to jail.
Arrested on the basis of mobile location
On Thursday morning, Dilip son of Rameshchandra resident of Kulkarni Nagar and Ghanshyam Singh alias Bunty son of Harisingh Thakur resident of Bhadauria, Sheelnath Camp were arrested. According to Additional DCP, the accused have been arrested on the basis of mobile location.
According to sources, both the accused have appeared. It was decided on Wednesday night that Dilip and Bunty were going to appear. A plan was made to surrender on time in the morning. The police have not yet made Jeetu an accused in the case.
Police has issued notice six times
Police have issued notices six times to collect voice samples. Police claim that there is no evidence against Jeetu. During interrogation, his cousin Avi alias Abhilash has been named as the main accused.
