Nai Duniya Representative, Kamlesh Kalra. Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a bailable warrant against Principal Secretary and other officials along with BJP councilor Kamlesh Kalra from Ward 65 of Indore. The High Court had directed the councilor to investigate on the complaint of participating in the election by imposing fake caste certificates.

On the petition of Sunil Yadav, a Congress candidate from Ward 65 in the corporation elections, the court ordered the investigation committee to investigate in February last year. It also had instructions to complete the investigation in six months. Even after a year, the petitioner took refuge in the court for not completing the investigation and not reporting the report.

Competition petition is imposed in court

On contempt petition, the court issued a warrant against the councilor and the responsible officials of the investigation committee. Advocate Manish Yadav, Karan Bairagi, while advocating in the court on behalf of the petitioner Sunil Yadav, argued that the investigation of Kalra’s caste certificate is being deliberately delayed.

The order of the court is also being contested. The petitioners’ counsel said in the court that notices were issued from the court to the responsibilities in the last hearing. Despite receiving the notice, no one was present. This is clearly contempt of the court.
