MP News: Order to pay arrears of seventh pay scale to teachers, fifth installment will be released soon

Directorate Public Education has ordered teachers to release the final installment of the Arrear of the Seventh Pay Commission in 2024-25 soon. At the same time, the State Education Center has extended the date of renewal of recognition of private schools till 25 February, but has indicated not to extend the date further.

Nayeduniya Representative, Gwalior. Directorate Public Education has issued orders to all teachers to pay the installment of the Arrear of the Seventh Pay Commission. It has been said in the order that the installment should be paid as soon as possible, otherwise action will be taken against the officers concerned.

Instructions to give arrears in five installments

This order has been issued for all joint operators, district education officers and all withdrawal disbursing officers. Orders were given to teachers to give the amount of arrears of the seventh pay commission in five installments.

Teachers have been given 2023-24 installment. Now in only 2024-25, the fifth i.e. the last installment is to be released. For this, public education has issued orders in this regard.

It has been said in the order that all eligible teachers should get 100 percent airer payment letters by February 23 and be sure to pay them. If more installments of a teacher are left, then they should also be ensured to pay.

One more chance for recognition renewal application to private schools

The State Education Center has re -extended the date for the second time to apply for renewal of private schools. Now private school operators can fill the online application with late till 25 February. After this, the State Education Center has also given signs of not extending the date for school recognition.

20 percent schools could not apply

About 20 percent of the school in Gwalior district could not apply for recognition. In such a situation, these schools have once again got a chance. However, these school operators could not apply due to the new rules of recognition.

Pending due to not having a legend

This time the State Education Center had set new conditions and rules for renewal for recognition for private schools. In all of these, private school operators are not able to follow the condition of applying registered Karayanama in all the rules.

Because of this, they could not submit till the last date. These include schools that could not build registered Kiryanama. These schools remain on those lands which are not registered or are built on government land or any other institution.

Canceled recognition

The State Education Center had earlier fixed the last date for applying the last date for applying. After this, it has been done till 14 February and now 25 February.

If the remaining schools are not able to apply for recognition this time, then their recognition will be canceled. In such a situation, children studying in these schools will have another school pulses and admission will have to be taken.
