MPPSC Result: State Service Preliminary Examination 2024 and 25 Results declared, not cut off

New Duniya Representative, Indore. Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has declared the results of two recruitment examinations on Wednesday. These include State Service Preliminary Examination 2024 and 2025. A total of 4704 candidates have passed the examination-2025.

The Commission has not released the cut off list this time, causing confusion among the candidates. At the same time, three times more candidates have been selected than the prescribed posts in Exams-2024, that is, 339 candidates have been declared passed for 110 posts. Of these, 306 main list and 33 candidates have been placed in the provisional list.

Now selected candidates will be called for interview. On December 31, 2024, the Commission issued a notification of State Service Examination-2025 in 18 posts in 18 departments. On February 16, State Service Preliminary Examination was conducted at 342 centers across the state. One lakh 18 thousand candidates participated in it.

The Commission has also divided these posts.

• 38 seats are reserved for unreserved, 24 Scheduled Castes (SC), 48 Scheduled Tribes (ST), 35 Other Backward Classes (OBCs) and 13 economically weaker sections (EWS).
• On 28 February, the Commission released the final answer key. After this, the result was declared by evaluating answer books in just five days.
• 4704 candidates were selected in this examination, of which 3866 are included in the main list and 828 in the provisional list.
• MPPSC OSD Ravindra Panchbhai clarified that this time a new system has been adopted on the cut -off.
• The notification had already made it clear that the cut -off list would be released along with the result of the interview.

Interview will be held in August

• Under the State Service Examination-2024, 110 vacant posts will be recruited in a dozen departments. These include SDM, Deputy Superintendent of Police, Chief Municipality Officer, Additional Assistant Development Commissioner, Commerce Tax Inspector, Excise Sub Inspector and other posts.
• The preliminary examination was held in July and the main examination in October. After waiting for six months, the Commission has now declared the exam results.
• Based on the result of the main examination, 339 candidates have been selected. These include 306 main list and 33 candidates in the provisional list.
• The Commission has decided to conduct the interview in August. Interview dates will be announced soon and applications will be invited for this.
