Revealing his fitness journey, Navjot Singh Sidhu said that he has lost 33 kg in the last 5 months. In this journey, which started from August 2024, he adopted Pranayam, Weight Training, Strict Diet and Walking, leading to this shocking transformation.

  • Tea option: Instead of normal tea, consume basil, ginger, cinnamon and decoction.
  • Dinner time: Make a difference of at least 12-17 hours between dinner and sleeping. Start food early in the morning.
  • Natural juice: Lemonade, carrot, beet, pomegranate and aloe vera juice are recommended to drink regularly.
  • Physical activity: Include yoga, walk, light exercise in lifestyle.
  • Anti-cancer foods: Include sprouted grains, green vegetables (such as spinach, broccoli) and fruit (pomegranate, papaya, apple) in the diet.
  • Avoid: Do not consume packed food and refined oil. Avoid fast food, soda, and carbonated drinks.
  • Meditation and positivity: Take inspiration from family and friends, as well as maintain mental peace and positivity.

Other important tips:

  • Change milk products with coconut milk or almond milk.
  • Use coconut oil for cooking.
  • Wash and consume all fruits and vegetables thoroughly.
