Due to delay in the ambulance in the green corridor built to take the heart from Jabalpur to AIIMS Bhopal, the heart had to be taken to AIIMS in a police vehicle. The ambulance had reached the state hangar instead of Bhopal airport.

Navdunia Representative, Bhopal. For the first time, major negligence has come to light in the Green Corridor in Bhopal. On Thursday, by making two green corridors from the Super Specialty Hospital of Netaji Subhash Chandra Medical College Hospital, Jabalpur, the heart of Sagar resident Braindead Sadhu Baba (Baliram Kushwaha) was sent by aircraft to AIIMS Bhopal and the liver was sent to Choithram Hospital Indore by air ambulance.
Heart and liver were removed for the first time in Jabalpur Medical College. To send the heart to AIIMS, Bhopal, a 23 km green corridor was built from Jabalpur Medical College to Dumna Airport and sent in 14 minutes. From there, Dil was brought to Bhopal’s Rajabhoj Airport by air ambulance.
Ambulance reached state hangar
After this, there was a plan to build a 21 km long green corridor and take it to AIIMS Bhopal, but the ambulance sent by AIIMS Bhopal reached the State Hangar instead of Rajabhoj Airport.
Considering the criticality of the time, the police administration immediately intervened and took Hridaya to AIIMS in their vehicle. Here, AIIMS Bhopal officials gave clarification on this negligence and said that due to miscommunication and confusion the ambulance reached the wrong place.
61st green corridor built in Indore
For the liver, a helipad was built on the grounds of Kokika Report near Tilwara. A 44-year-old man was given life by creating the 61st Green Corridor in Indore from his liver. His kidney could not be used due to failure.
Heart transplant happened for the first time in Madhya Pradesh
Madhya Pradesh has achieved a historic achievement in heart transplantation for the first time. AIIMS Bhopal also successfully conducted its first heart transplant. This heart was transplanted to a 53-year-old patient from Itarsi, who is being treated under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
According to sources, a team of four doctors from AIIMS Bhopal had left for Jabalpur at 12 o’clock in the night. Director of AIIMS Bhopal, Prof. Dr. Ajay Singh said that AIIMS Bhopal had got the approval for heart and lung transplant only six months ago. Earlier, mainly bone marrow, kidney and liver transplants were done in the hospitals of the state.
