In order to consider this, the department will meet the members of the Committee on Friday, the Secretary of the General Administration Department, the Director Pension and the Financial Advisor of the Land Edge Regulatory Authority, Milind Vaikar on Friday.
It can be finalized by considering the format of the rules. These rules are ready to be implemented before 31 March. Finance department officials said that the pension rules are from the year 1976.

Decision on disability pension
If the disability of the dependent on the pensioner is before 25 years, then he is eligible for a lifetime of family pension. Family pension does not get the benefit of family pension after being disabled after this age limit. The decision on this issue will be taken by the committee.
Along with this, the law can also be made in the rule that in the case of recovery, the amount can be deducted from the pension in the same condition, in which the information of recovery is given before retirement. Courts have also given such decisions in various cases. Similarly, 1977 rules have also been updated.
Provisions have been proposed by which there is no additional financial burden on the government. In this meeting to be held with Principal Secretary Finance Manish Rastogi, Chief Secretary Anurag Jain will be finalized by sending them.
