Non-bailable FIR against Rahul Gandhi in Assam: Said 3 days ago – Congress is fighting against BJP-RSS and Indian State

An FIR has been registered against Congress MP and Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi at Pan Bazar Police Station in Guwahati on Saturday.

It is alleged that Rahul made statements endangering the sovereignty, unity and integrity of India. The FIR registered under Section 152 of BNS is non-bailable.

This means that if Rahul is arrested, he will have to go directly to the court for bail. The FIR has been lodged by Gauhati High Court lawyer Monjeet Chetia.

Chetia said, ‘Rahul’s statement has created a serious threat to the security of the country. The statement given by the leader of the opposition from a public platform is not an ordinary political comment.

In fact, on January 13, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) chief was in Indore to give the Rashtriya Devi Ahilya Award to Champat Rai, General Secretary of Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust.

At the function, Bhagwat had said that the consecration of Ram temple should be celebrated as Pratistha Dwadashi. This should be considered as India’s ‘true independence’ day.

On January 15, at the inauguration of the new Congress headquarters Indira Bhawan, Rahul said on Bhagwat’s statement – BJP, RSS have captured every institution. Now we are fighting BJP-RSS and Indian State.

Kharge had said that it would be difficult for Bhagwat to move around. Congress President Mallikarjun Kharge had also targeted Bhagwat’s statement. He had said after the inauguration of the Congress headquarters on January 15, “I read in the paper that Mohan Bhagwat said that true independence was achieved when the Ram temple was built. PM Modi and he together inaugurated the Ram temple.

Kharge said- Modi thinks that he got independence in 2014 because he became the Prime Minister. RSS people consider the day of construction of Ram temple as the day of independence. This is a matter of shame. Even after getting independence, they are not accepting it because they did not fight and did not go to jail. This is why they don’t remember.
