Kejriwal’s 7 demands from the central government

  1. The education budget should be increased from 2% to 10%. Fees of private schools should be controlled
  2. Subsidy and scholarship available for higher education
  3. Health budget should also be increased to 10% and tax should be removed from health insurance.

  6. Strong retirement plan and pension plan should be made for senior citizens., There should be free treatment in all government and private hospitals of the country.
  7. Earlier, elderly people used to get 50% discount in Railways, it was stopped. It should be started.

‘The middle class wants only this’

Arvind Kejriwal said that the middle class has become just an ATM of the government. The middle class in the country is becoming a victim of tax terrorism. Kejriwal said that the middle class of the country wants good education and good health for its children. To fulfill all these needs, a middle class person works hard throughout his life.

‘Half of the middle class’s income is going to pay taxes’

Kejriwal said that he only hopes that he gets some help from the government. But most of the governments are neither able to build good schools for them nor are they able to provide them employment and security. This class faces the most problems in the country. Arvind Kejriwal said that if a middle class family earns Rs 10-12 lakh in a year, then it does not have to pay taxes like Income Tax, GST, Toll Tax, Sales Tax, Property Tax. But more than 50 percent of your income has to be paid in taxes.

‘People forced to leave the country and go abroad’

Aam Aadmi Party has to spend a lot of money to provide good education to children. Today the situation has become such that family planning has become a financial decision for a young married couple. Before planning a child, they have to think whether they can afford to raise the child. Because of these problems many people are leaving the country today. In the year 2020, 85 thousand Indians left the country and went abroad. This figure was 3 times more in the year 2023. This is a matter of trouble for the country. He has placed 7 demands before the Central Government, so that the middle class can get relief.
