The series starts with a waiter standing outside a big luxurious hotel room. The chemistry between Hathiram and Ansari is fantastic and Tilotama Shome makes it even better. Tilotma’s character Meghna is a local police officer in Nagaland. The language of Nagaland is Nagamis and Indian English. Some people understand a little Hindi. The way Tilotama has captured the accent of the Nagaland language is fantastic. Remembered the wonderful work, Nagesh Kukunoor who played Kapil Reddy has also done a wonderful job. Apart from this, the actors of Nagaland have shown the problems of North-East very beautifully on screen.
Talking about the screenplay and direction of the show, the screenplay of the show is amazing. However, like its previous seasons, this show is very slow paced and this time the story does not give you all the twists and turns on a platter but you have to use your own mind. The show has a total of 8 episodes, all of 45 minutes. So it will take about 5-6 hours of your time, but when you finish the show you will have a lot of fun. It is often not easy to make the second season on the same lines after the first cult season, but Paatal Lok has made a comeback with a bang.
