After the examination was over, students started creating ruckus outside the Bapu examination complex in Kumhrar, Patna, alleging several irregularities. Patna District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Singh slapped one of the candidates who was creating ruckus. Its video has gone viral on social media.
District Magistrate Chandrashekhar Singh along with Patna SSP Rajeev Mishra had reached the spot to handle the uproar by BPSC candidates over post-examination irregularities in Patna. While the officers were explaining to the students, the DM of Patna lost his temper and slapped one of the students who were creating ruckus. After the slapping incident, the policemen standing there caught the student and took him with them.

Candidates came out with question papers and OMR sheets during the examination. They also tore the question papers. Candidates allege that half of the students did not even get the OMR sheet or question booklet for 15 minutes, many students got the question booklet late by an hour and it was snatched away within 10 minutes. Where the capacity of students is more than 200, why were only 175 question papers brought? We came to know that the question paper has been leaked. The teachers were threatening us to keep quiet.
The 70th combined preliminary examination conducted by BPSC was conducted on Friday at 912 centers in Bihar. The examination was conducted at 60 examination centers in the capital Patna. Four lakh 83 thousand candidates had applied for this examination. The examination was conducted in a single shift from 12 noon to 2 pm. Anurag Kesari, a student, said that the preparation of BPSC was fine, but only the Commission knows about the internal arrangements.
