The SOUL (School of Ultimate Leadership) Conclave is being held at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday inaugurated the first edition of Soul (School of Ultimate Leadership) Conclave at Bharat Mandapam, Delhi. The Prime Minister said- For the creation of any country, the development of people ie citizens is necessary.
PM said- If you want to achieve any height, then it starts with the beginning. The development of the best leaders in every field is very important. This is the demand of the hour. Hence the establishment of Soul is a very important and big step in the development journey of ‘developed India’.
He said- Swami Vivekananda wanted to bring change by taking India out of slavery. He believed that if 100 leaders were with him, then he can make India the number one country in the world, not only independence. We all have to move forward with this mantra.
Bhutan Prime Minister Shering Tobge has also attended Soul. On his arrival, PM Modi said- The king of Bhutan having a birthday today and this opportunity to be here. These are a pleasant coincidence in itself. There is a big role in sending the PM of Bhutan here. I also thank him with heart for this.

1. We need better leadership on every front PM said- Today every Indian is working day and night for the 21st century ‘developed India’. 5. We need smart leaders for competition from the world We need to prepare such persons who understand the international perspective with the Indian mindset. These leaders should be proficient in strategic decision making, crisis management and future thinking. To compete with global market and international institutions, we need leaders who understand the dynamics of global business. This is the work of Soul.
6. Policy making will have to make a world class
PM Modi said- Our policy making will have to be made a world class. This will be done only when our policy makers, bureaucrats and aunties will be able to frame their policy with global best practice. In this, an institute like Soul will play a big role. If we want to become a developed India, then we have to move at a fast pace in every field.
