To lose weight, he took the help of gym, yoga and fasting, but his body weight remained completely stable. This helped in meeting the increased nutrient deficiency in the body. The weight that had increased since pregnancy had slowly started reducing.

Pooja says that she started paying attention towards self-care and started taking time out for herself. Now I knew that to keep the body clock regular, apart from eating food on time, it is also important to sleep on time. Due to this, positivity started increasing in my thinking and now I started being happier than before.
