First of all, peel the carrots and cut them into small pieces, then cook them with olive oil for some time. If you want, you can bake it in the oven.

To make this you need : Wheat flour, olive oil or ghee, finely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves, ginger and green chilli paste, curd, coriander and cumin powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt.

Take wheat flour in a bowl, add olive oil or ghee, ginger and green chilli paste, curd, coriander and cumin powder, turmeric powder, asafoetida, salt, finely chopped fresh fenugreek leaves and prepare a soft dough.
Now if you want, you can keep your dough to rest for some time, but if you are in a hurry, you can also use it instantly.
Make small balls from your dough and roll them out.
Now put them on hot pan, and cook well from both the sides.
If you wish, apply ghee while cooking them and cook them well from both the sides, otherwise after they are completely cooked, you can remove them from the gas, keep them in a plate and apply ghee.

3. Carrot Dal

To make Carrot Dal you will need: Lentils, garlic cloves, carrots, asafoetida, olive oil, garam masala, nigella seeds, salt and curd.

4. Masala Tea

Take two cups of water, add some tea leaves in it and let it boil for some time.
