Superintendent of Police Shashank Kumar Sawan took stock of the security system rehearsal. 10 IPS officers, 26 DSPs and about 2000 policemen will be deployed for security.
All tall buildings located on the route of the President’s convoy have been identified. Police forces will be deployed on these buildings. Illegal parking will be banned around the venue. Only pass holders will be allowed to enter the venue.

The Superintendent of Police held a meeting with police officers after rehearsal. During this period, the shortcomings found in the rehearsal were discussed in detail. He also discussed the route plan for the President’s program and gave necessary guidelines.
He directed all the police officers and employees on duty on the arrival of the President to be vigilant. Instructing all the police station managers to be constantly on patrolling, they said that all should check the railway stations, bus stands, hotels and lodges studying in their respective areas.
He said that there should be no default in security under any circumstances. If someone is negligent while on duty, direct action will be taken against such policemen. He said that during the President’s visit to the city, the common man should not face any kind of problems and the traffic system also continued smoothly. There will be parking of vehicles here – Prof. from Pharmacy Department Ashwini Kumar said that the parking schedule has been prepared. Entry time has been given till 9 am on March 10.
