In fact, Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, MP from Wayanad, Kerala, reached Parliament on Monday carrying a hand bag in support of Palestine. It is written on it – ‘Palestine will be free.’ The hand bag that Priyanka Gandhi had brought had kaffiyeh (dove), watermelon, olive branch, Palestine embroidery. All these are considered symbols of peace. This bag also has the red, green, white and black colors of the Palestine flag.
