616 professors have been re-posted in Madhya Pradesh. Professors who do not give interview will be removed from PMShri and autonomous colleges and sent to other colleges. Professors will be appointed to the vacant posts from the new list. The process is being done to enhance academic quality and ensure redistribution of posts.

Naiduniya Representative, Bhopal. 616 assistant and associate professors in the Prime Minister’s College of Excellence and autonomous colleges of the state have been sent for redeployment to other colleges for two months. Now before the release of the second list, the Higher Education Department will remove those professors from PMShri and autonomous colleges who did not apply for the interview.
Many professors will also be removed from Bhopal’s Hamidia Pradhan Mantri College of Excellence, Gitanjali College, MLB and Nutan College. The department is busy preparing the list for posting them in other colleges.
Professors doubt their abilities
Departmental officials say that such professors have doubts about their qualifications and that they will not be able to make students study by staying in PMShree colleges. Now those who did not apply and did not attend the interview will be sent to another college. Let us tell you that about three thousand professors had applied to appear in the interview.
The number of surplus professors will increase
Professors who have not applied for interview will be sent to other colleges. After leaving his place, a second list will be issued and sent to the professors on the vacant posts in PMshree College. Many professors from the first list have registered their presence.
However, before sending professors from PMShri and autonomous colleges to any other colleges, the department will have to oust the professors posted there. If this is not done, the number of surplus professors in colleges will increase.
More professors in Nutan College
Hamidia, Nutan, Geetanjali and MLB colleges in Bhopal are included in this. The department had sent 52 professors to the above four colleges. Of these, maximum professors have been sent to Nutan College, whereas the department had conducted interviews in the name of Prime Minister’s College of Excellence. In this, 41 professors have been posted in three autonomous colleges. Apart from this, six professors have been sent to other colleges of Bhopal.
