Ragging with Kashmir’s MBBS student Hamid has been revealed. It is studying in Bijapur, Karnataka.
Seniors with a Kashmiri MBBS (Second Year) student at Al-Amin Medical College in Bijapur, Karnataka, ragged and assaulted. Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah wrote a letter to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah demanding strict action on this incident.
At the same time, Jammu and Kashmir Students Association (JKSA) tagged Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and informed about the incident on X. He appealed to him to intervene in the matter and take action against the convicted seniors students. The incident took place on Tuesday (February 18) at 4 pm.

JKSA national convenor Nasir Khuhami said that seniors with MBBS student Hamid performed the cricket match during the cricket match. The seniors first threatened, then humiliated Hamid collectively. He was forcibly assaulted by sitting in a car.
According to itching- 6-8 seniors entered Hamid’s room on the evening of 18 February and intimidated, threatened him. Seniors also attacked him and forced him to record a video of apologizing. Warning and said- You have four more years here. We are local. Imagine how terrible we can make your life. After this, Hamid also refused to play cricket. Regarding this entire incident, Hamid himself told that seniors harassed me, sing and threatened the song.
However, a college official said- it has been exaggerated. Even if they are asked to maintain etiquette, they demand the Chief Minister to intervene.

According to the Jammu and Kashmir Students Union, junior student Hamid, Seniors (2019–2022 batch) went to watch the cricket match. Seniors asked Hamid to leave the cricket ground. Hamid went there.
This was not the first time seniors showed their dominance. Last year, a senior had asked to wish a junior on the dinner table.
