Under this, registration offices remained open in the district on Sunday and documents were registered. For the convenience of the common man, now the number of slot booking has been increased on the Sampada-1 portal.
From Monday, a sub registrar will be able to book 33 slots. Earlier, only 18 slots could be booked with a sub registrar. Due to this, five to seven days of waiting for the registry was coming on the Sampada-1 portal. The number of slots has been increased to ensure that more documents can be registered in March.
Long waiting was going on
After the arrival of Estate-2 portal by the registration department, the booking of Sampada-1 was reduced. Only 18 slots were booked on Sampada-1 with a sub registrar. Due to this, long waiting was going on to register all registration and sub-registration office on Estate-1.
Booking doubled
People were getting an appointment for the registry only after a week. In view of this, the registration department doubled the slot booking with a sub registrar. Experts say that the slot on Sampada-1 was reduced to promote Sampada-2, but now the number of slots on Sampada-1 has been increased to increase revenue.
726 slots will be book in a day
There are 22 sub-registrars employed in Indore district and they were first booked on a total of 396 slot wealth-1. Doubling the number of slots with each sub registrar will be able to book 726 slots daily on Sampada-1 in the district. Due to this, people will not have to wait for the registry. There is no limit of slot booking on Sampada-2.
Most documents are registered in March
The most documents are registered every time in the last month of the financial year. In such a situation, the crowd in the registration offices also increases. By increasing the number of slots on Sampada-1, the general public will be able to register documents with the facility. The facility of online registration is being provided on Sampada-2, yet the common people are registering more documents on Sampada-1.
Slot booking on Estates-2 will continue
The number of slot booking on Sampada-1 has been increased to double. From Monday, a sub registrar will be able to book 33 slots. Slot booking will also continue on Sampada-2. The common man can get booking according to their convenience. Registration offices will also be open on holiday in the month of March. 350 documents registered on Sunday
The registration offices also remained open on Saturday and Sunday holidays in March. According to the website of the registration department, 1100 documents were registered in two days and revenue of eight crore rupees was received. On Saturday, 750 documents were registered and Rs 6.25 crore was received. On Sunday, 350 documents were registered and 1.77 crore revenue was received.
