1. Purify blood with jaggery

jaggery chutney

To prepare it we need

Coarsely ground jaggery 1 bowl
dry ginger 1 teaspoon
Nigella seeds 1/4 teaspoon
cumin 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel 1/2 teaspoon
Roasted cumin powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli 1 teaspoon
Mango powder 1/4 teaspoon
Tamarind Alternative
black salt as per taste

Steps to prepare jaggery chutney

  • First of all, put 1 spoon oil in the pan and heat it. Now add one-fourth spoon of nigella seeds, equal amount of cumin and half spoon of fennel.
  • After frying on low flame, add one glass of water to it. Cook it till it boils and keep it on low flame.
  • Now grind the jaggery coarsely and put it in the pan. Stir it well so that it does not stick to the pan.
  • Add Kashmiri red chilli, roasted cumin, black salt, mango powder and two spoons of dry ginger and stir. To enhance its taste, add 2 spoons of tamarind pulp and stir.
  • This increases both the taste and thickness of the chutney.
