1 cup basmati rice
7 cups water
1 tablespoon salt
1/2 tbsp grated ginger
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1/2 tbsp ground black pepper
1 tsp black sesame seeds

Prepare in Instant Pot – Now add 1 cup rice, salt, grated ginger and 7 cups water in the Instant Pot. Select the Rice Porridge setting and click Start.

Prepare in pressure cooker – If you are using a pressure cooker, then add 1 cup rice, salt, grated ginger and 7 cups water, add all the ingredients and wait for at least 4 whistles.
