RRB Recruitment 2025: Indian Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) has released the notification for recruitment to 1,036 posts under ministerial and separate categories (CEN 07/2024). This notification is a golden opportunity for those candidates who are interested to get jobs on teaching and non-teaching posts in Railways.
Know the selection process
The online application process starts from 7 January 2025 and candidates can apply till 6 February 2025. The selection process includes Computer Based Test (CBT), Skill Test (like Stenography Skill Test, Demonstration/Teaching Skill Test), Document Verification and Medical Examination.
How many posts will be appointed?
Under this recruitment, appointments will be made on a total of 1,036 posts. This includes 187 posts of Post Graduate Teacher (PGT), 338 posts of Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT), 130 posts of Junior Translator (Hindi), 54 posts of Chief Law Assistant, 188 posts of Primary Railway Teacher, 10 posts of Librarian and others. What should be the age limit?
Different educational qualifications have been prescribed for each post. These include Graduation, Masters, B.Ed, LLB etc. in related subjects. The age limit has been fixed at minimum 18 years and maximum 48 years (depending on the post).

The application fee for General, OBC and EWS category candidates is ₹500, while for SC, ST, Divyang, Women and Ex-Servicemen it is ₹250. The last date for online application is 6 February 2025.
