AIMIM President Asaduddin Owaisi on Saturday alleged that BJP and Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) are ideologically one and RSS is the mother of both the parties. He said that there is no difference between Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and AAP and they both follow Hindutva.
When asked whether Hindutva politics was being played by BJP and AAP regarding Delhi elections, Owaisi told reporters, “Mother (RSS) created them (BJP and AAP). RSS formed Jan Sangh and later BJP was formed in 1980. The second one (was formed) in 2012-13. It is a very big institute. This is Hindutva developed in a laboratory. It (AAP) was formed there.
Owaisi said that his party will contest the elections in the national capital, but the number of seats on which it will contest will be decided by the party’s Delhi unit president. The AIMIM president alleged that garbage in Delhi is being thrown in areas where Muslims live.
Owaisi said that Aam Aadmi Party plays drama by saying that it has built schools and hospitals. He said that the claims of development are false and this can be seen in Muslim areas.
On the question related to laying the foundation stone of a college in the name of Veer Savarkar in Delhi, Owaisi said that he would like to ask whether the NDA government accepts the findings of the Kapur Inquiry Commission, which reportedly said that Savarkar was a close friend of Mahatma Gandhi. He also said that there is no benefit in sending chadar for Ajmer Dargah and the government should take steps to stop claims being filed in courts regarding existing mosques or dargahs.
He said that the message behind sending the chadar is that the government is concerned about those who have faith in mosques, but people from BJP and Sangh Parivar are going to the courts saying that the Dargah of Khwaja Ajmer is not a Dargah as per their There is logic in the case of some mosques.
