Sarkari naukri: If you are also looking for a government job, then let us tell you that the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has issued a notification for appointment to the posts of Under Statistics Officer (SSO) / Block Statistics Officer (BSO) in the state. According to the notification, the application process for SSC SSO/BSO Recruitment 2025 will start from 1 April 2025 and will continue till 19 April 2025. Interested candidates can apply from 1 April by visiting its official website bssc.bihar.gov.in.
What is qualification?
In order to apply to the posts of Under Statistics Officer / Block Statistics Officer, candidates should have a graduate in any of the economics, mathematics or statistics from any recognized university.

What is age limit?
To apply for the posts of Under Statistics Officer / Block Statistics Officer, the minimum age of candidates should be 21 years and maximum age should be 37 years. The maximum age of general category women candidates has been fixed at 40 years, while the maximum age of both OBC male and female candidates has been fixed at 40 years. The maximum age limit for SC/ST male and female candidates is 42 years.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is Rs 540 for general class and backward class male candidates, as well as all (male/female) candidates applying from outside the state of Bihar. The application fee for SC, ST class, women candidates and disabled candidates of all categories has been fixed at Rs 135.
