There is good news for the candidates preparing for the army, Assam has been recruited in Rifles (AR). All interested and eligible candidates can apply by visiting the official website. Assam Rifles (AR) has issued a notification of Technical and Tradesman Rally Recruitment 2025 for Group B and C posts. Let us tell you that the application process for this recruitment has started from 22 February and the last date is 22 March. The recruitment rally is scheduled to begin in the third or fourth week of April 20 (potential).

In this recruitment of Assam Rifles, 215 vacancies are to be filled in various trades. Note that these posts are only for male candidates, except those posts where it is specified. - Physical Standard Testing (PST) and Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

What is eligibility criteria?
Eligibility Criteria Candidates should be Indian citizens and age limit (till 1 January, 2025), minimum 18-21 years (according to post), maximum 23-30 years (according to post). Age relaxation will apply as per Assam Rifles recruitment rules. Talking about educational qualifications, it varies according to the post including class 10, 12, diploma and bachelor’s degree.
Talking about the height, the minimum height of male candidates should be 170 cm and the chest should be 80 cm without inflating. The chest should be 85 cm after being inflated. Candidates of reserved category have been given height discount.
There is also a race for this recruitment in which male candidates will have to run five kilometers in 24 minutes and women will have to run 1.6 kilometers in eight and a half minutes.
How much is the application fee,
The application fee is different:
Group B post (Religious Teacher and Electrical & Mechanical): 200 rupees
Group C post (all other posts): Rs 100
SC/ST/Women/Ex -Service Candidates: No fee
Candidates will have to pay online (debit card, credit card, net banking) or SBI Bank counter (upload payment receipts while submitting the application).
