State Chief Minister Hemant Soren has announced a bumper recruitment for the youth of the state on the occasion of Republic Day. This announcement was made by the Chief Minister hoisting the tricolor in Dumka district. The Chief Minister said that the Jharkhand government is going to recruit 48 thousand posts in the state soon. These recruitments will be done for various departments of the state and in various positions. This recruitment announcement is a golden opportunity for the youth of the state, who had been looking for a government job for a long time. The Chief Minister also informed that this recruitment will be done in a transparent manner, so that all eligible candidates get equal opportunities. Advertisement released for 46000 posts
Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced that the process has been started for recruitment to a total of 48,000 posts in the state of Jharkhand. He informed that the related advertisements for 46,000 posts have already been released, and the process of application for these posts is going on. The Chief Minister also informed that the recruitment of candidates for 5,000 posts has been completed and appointment letters will be issued soon to these posts. Soren further said that the process of recruitment to the remaining posts will start soon, and advertisements for this will be released in the coming days. He also clarified that the state government is working with full readiness to fill the vacant posts in various departments, so that the youth can get employment quickly.
Skill training given to millions of youth
The Jharkhand government has introduced several important schemes for the youth and women of the state, which are helping their social and economic empowerment. So far, about five lakh youth of the state have been given skill training under the Mukhyamantri Sarathi Yojana, launched under the chairmanship of Chief Minister Hemant Soren. The objective of this scheme is to provide skill training to the youth of the state by providing skill training in various fields. These youth have been given various types of training according to their interest and abilities, so that they can use their abilities properly and make themselves self -sufficient. Chief Minister Soren said that after this skill training, more than two lakh trained youth have got employment so far. This is a big achievement, because it has not only given jobs to the youth, but has also helped in reducing the unemployment rate in the state. The state government has ensured that this training should also be imparted in areas that have the most employment opportunities, such as health, engineering, construction, IT, agriculture, and other technical sectors. Apart from this, the Government of Jharkhand has also introduced several schemes for the empowerment of women. One of these important schemes is ‘Maiya Samman Yojana’, under which women between 18 and 50 years of age are being given a assistance of Rs 2500 per month. The purpose of this scheme is to make women financially self -sufficient and to provide them additional support for their needs. This amount helps women to handle their household and family expenses better, as well as give them a strong economic basis.
