Cunning method… Divya neither used her husband’s name nor surname.
Saurabh’s black money was managed by his wife Divya Tiwari. Divya had adopted a cunning method. She wrote her name as Divya Tiwari in the documents, along with the name of her father Salil Tiwari. He has also used his father’s name in the donation letter. Neither the name nor surname of Saurabh was used together.
Bought in the name of relatives, then took back the land as a donation
In this case, there is a suspicion that Saurabh bought the land with black money in the name of relatives. Then they took them back as donations to their relatives. This is how black money was converted into white.
