Amit Shah’s speech in 6 points
1. On Maharashtra civic elections There are municipal elections this year. One has to worry that the opponents do not get even a single seat. The chain of development is completed only when saffron is hoisted from Panchayat to Parliament. Have to be the architect of victory everywhere. Let us resolve in Sainagari that BJP will win each and every unit. We have to build such a strong BJP that no one can betray us in future.
2. ON INDIA ALLIANCE Congress and AAP are fighting separately in Delhi. TMC and Congress are separated in Bengal. Lalu is struggling in Bihar. Their morale is broken. At the same time, BJP is moving ahead with one victory after another.
Today I am leaving saying, keep crackers ready on the 8th. BJP government is going to be formed in Delhi also. Maharashtra BJP ended the year 2024 and Delhi BJP is going to start the victory of 2025.
3. On promises made in elections It is our tradition to fulfill what we say. Opponents are asking how will you accomplish this. Brother, now your job is to watch, keep watching, we will fulfill everything that has been said. We made countless promises from 2014 to 2024 and fulfilled them all.
Yesterday completed one year of Ramlala’s death. Ram Lalla was sitting in a tent for 550 years, BJP had made a promise and Modi ji fulfilled the promise. We abolished Article 370, ended terrorism and today I am saying that we will end Naxalism by 31st March 2026.
4. On membership campaign and organization 2024 was pleasant for BJP. This year Modi ji became Prime Minister for the third time. Won for the third time in Haryana this year. NDA won for the first time in Andhra, government was formed for the first time in Odisha. NDA won in Sikkim for the third time. Got mandate for the third time in Maharashtra. Whenever the history of BJP is written, 2024 will be important.
Sangathan festival started late in Maharashtra. 40 lakh members have been formed, 1.5 crore are to be made. There should not be a single booth where there are less than 250 members. While designing the booth, dear sister and farmers have to be made members.
5. On farmers When Devendra ji became the Chief Minister for the first time, he had resolved to make Maharashtra drought free. It was started at that time and now they have got the second full term, Devendra ji and Modi ji will work together to provide irrigation water to every farm in Maharashtra.
Sharad Pawar has been a farmer leader for so many years, a minister in the country, and the Chief Minister of the state, but he could not free Maharashtra from farmer suicides. Next time when BJP comes to take mandate, Devendra Fadnavis government will deliver water to every farmer’s field.
6. On developed India Senapati Bapat’s line is that Maharashtra cannot survive without making the nation strong. Development of the country is not possible without Maharashtra. This country will become number one in the world in 2047. We have to move forward with the resolve that India should be first in every field, a fully developed nation, a safe and educated nation. But without a developed Maharashtra, there cannot be a developed India, because development is led by Maharashtra and Mumbai.
