Niyana is adorned

In these nine days of Navratri, according to the date of Lord Mahakal, the groom is decorated in the form of groom. Due to this, Shivanavaratri will be ten days and the celebration of Shiva marriage will be celebrated from 17 to 27 February.

Tradition of celebrating Shivanavaratri festival nine days

But after overnight worship on Mahashivaratri, the next day at 4 o’clock in the morning of the Lord, the head of the Lord, the fruit and flowers of the Lord is decorated.

It takes 2 hours time to wear Sehra

It takes two hours to get God wearing Sehra. After this, Sehra Aarti takes place at 6 am. Sehra darshan takes place from 6 to 10 am. After this, Sehra is removed. Later, Bhasma Aarti takes place at 12 noon. After Bhasma Aarti, Bhog Aarti takes place at 2.30 pm.

After this, the temple committee makes a parana of priests. Then this festival is concluded. Therefore, this day of Chaturdashi is a recognition of a ten -day festival. This is the reason why Shivanavaratri will be of ten days due to increase in the date, but the festival will be celebrated eleven days.

Darshan system will change

During the Shivanavaratri, there will be a special sequence of Abhishek, worship and ritual in the sanctum sanctorum from 9 am to 2 pm. In such a situation, the facility of darshan from the corridor of the sanctum sanctorum will be closed during this period. At the time of evening worship from 3 pm, the visitors of the protocol will be given darshan from the first barricades of Nandi and Ganesh Mandap as per the fixed arrangements.

Weekly leave of officer and employee banned

The Shivanavaratri festival will be celebrated in the Mahakal temple from 17 to 27 February. Shivaratri Mahaparva will remain on 26 February. In these eleven days, thousands of devotees from all over the country will come to see Lord Mahakal.

The temple administration has banned the weekly leave of the temple officials, branch in -charge and employees with immediate effect. The administrator has issued an order postponing the holiday from 16 February to 1 March.
