A fierce road accident occurred in Sidhi district of Madhya Pradesh, in which 7 people were killed and 14 people were injured in a collision with two vehicles. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. 8 people have been referred to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in Rewa.

Nayeduniya Certificate, Sidhi Road Accident. 8 people were killed and 13 injured in a collision with two vehicles in the City Kotwali area in Sidhi, Madhya Pradesh. The injured have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. Out of these, 8 serious injured have been referred to Rewa. The accident took place in the Kotwali police station area. The dead include five women and three men. There are 6 children among the injured.
Station in -charge Pushpendra Mishra told, Rajmani Sahu was going to the pimples of Maihar to perform his daughter’s Mundan rites. His family was accompanied by people from the in -laws. He was going from Balkarasidhi towards deaf. Both vehicles collided face to face near Upani Petrol Pump at around 2.30 pm. The case is being investigated. The villagers and other drivers passing through the road reported the incident to the police and ambulance.
During this time, the injured were taken out of the storm and taken to the hospital. After this, 8 serious injured were referred to Sanjay Gandhi Hospital in Rewa. 5 people are undergoing treatment at Rewa District Hospital.

CM Dr. Mohan Yadav expressed mourning, instructions to provide financial assistance
CM Dr. Mohan Yadav wrote on the X handle- In a terrible collision of passenger vehicles and trucks going to visit Maihar Mata in a horrific road accident near Upni village under Sidhi district, eight passengers have received extremely sad news of untimely painful death. My deep condolences are with all the mournful families.
Late night, high officials of the district and police administration reached the spot and arranged for the treatment of the injured with the help of local citizens, along with the serious injured passengers have been referred to Rewa.
In the road accident, the families of the deceased have been instructed to sanction a financial assistance of Rs 2-2 lakh from the Chief Minister’s voluntary donation, Rs 1-1 lakh to the serious injured and Rs 50,000 thousand to the general injured.
Lord Mahakal is prayed to give the departed souls to the place in their Shri feet and the mournful families to bear this immense sorrow and the injured should get quick health benefits.
