Singer Rocky Mittal, the second accused in the Haryana BJP President Mohan Lal Badoli gangrape case, has made a new claim. Rocky said that this entire game was created to trap Badoli.

Mittal said that when Badoli was being sent to Rajya Sabha, a complaint was sent to the BJP high command through this woman. Due to which Badoli’s name was cut off. Now when Badoli was about to become BJP state president for the second time, the copy of the FIR was deliberately made viral.
However, while talking to the media in Panchkula on Wednesday, Rocky Mittal did not directly name anyone behind this. But Mittal hinted at Sonipat BJP leader Amit Bindal. Let us tell you that a Delhi woman has accused Badoli and Rocky Mittal of gangraping them after making them drink liquor in Kasauli on July 3, 2023. In this case, he had lodged an FIR of gang rape on 13 December 2024.
What claims did Rocky Mittal make in the gangrape case, read sequentially…
1. We have gone to Goa with Bindal Rocky Mittal said that before the Kasauli incident, he had gone to Goa with Barauli and Bindal. His songs were being shot there. All three stayed there for 3 days. This matter is of April 2023. He went to Kasauli in July only after returning from Goa.
2. Reached Kasauli while doing Reiki Rocky Mittal said that after this he went to Kasauli with Badoli. Amit Bindal was already doing recce of him. Bindal reached there with two women. After which this whole case of gang rape was made. Rocky said that before registering the case in Kasauli case, he was offered to become a witness against Barauli. Which he rejected. Because of which a case was registered against me also.
3. Purpose to spoil Badoli’s political career Rocky Mittal claimed that this whole matter is about internal fight of BJP. In which an attempt is being made to spoil the political future of Barauli. But now that my name has come up, he will no longer be able to succeed in his plan. I have all the evidence of this blackmailing, which I will reveal when the time comes.
Amit Bindal had said these things while talking to Dainik Bhaskar. He is a BJP leader from Sonipat. Rocky Mittal has accused them of hatching a conspiracy. Although Bindal has already said that he had definitely gone to Kasauli but the gangrape case is not known.
4. Blackmailed me, complained in Panchkula Rocky Mittal said that I sang a song for Rahul Gandhi before the Haryana Assembly elections. After which blackmailing me started. I started receiving calls from the said women. Then, sensing the conspiracy, I lodged a complaint in Sector 5 police station of Panchkula in September 2024.
The police have also recorded the statements of women in this case. Let us tell you that the victim woman has also mentioned in the FIR the complaint of being called in Panchkula and getting implicated in the case.
5. Filed a complaint against me in Delhi Rocky Mittal said that the women retaliated and lodged a complaint against me at Seemapuri police station in Delhi. From where he kept getting calls from the alleged female police officer. But, he did not go to give a statement. In the month of October, he also got a call to make the arrangement, but he ignored it.
