Former Union Minister Smriti Irani has left for a four-nation tour to promote her latest book ‘Modialog – Conversations for a Developed India’. The tour began on November 20 and aims to connect Iranians with people from the Indian community living in the Middle East, Oman and Britain.
“On the road once again, embarking on an exciting book tour across four countries! Looking forward to connecting with the vibrant Indian diaspora, celebrating India’s immense potential and engaging in meaningful conversations,” Irani said in a social media post. “This journey is not just about a book; it is about the story, heritage and aspirations that unite us.”

Smriti Irani will visit Kuwait, Dubai, Oman and Britain
Written by Dr. Ashwin Fernandes, this book throws light on the governance philosophy of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and focuses on his vision for a developed India. According to the programme, Irani will visit Kuwait, Dubai, then Oman and finally Britain in the first phase of her visit. (with language inputs)
