After completing his master’s degree in 2019, he started preparations for the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC). On 15 April 2024, his first appointment was made as a probationary officer and SDM in Buxar district of Bihar. However, he later demanded transfer to Uttar Pradesh cadre, which was accepted. A big reason behind this was that her husband is IPS in Uttar Pradesh cadre.
