AAP Rajya Sabha MP Swati Maliwal was taken into custody by Delhi Police on Thursday. Maliwal went to throw garbage in Delhi’s house on the issue of cleanliness in Delhi.
Earlier, Maliwal reached Vikaspuri with loading auto. Here he picked up the garbage from the road with supporters and reached Kejriwal’s house with an auto. Here he threw all the garbage on the road.

Kejriwal’s PA has been accused of assault Swati Maliwal’s dispute with the Aam Aadmi Party came to the fore in May last year. In fact, on May 13, Swati Maliwal arrived at that time to meet Kejriwal, who was CM. He had an argument with PA Bibhav Kumar at CM residence. After coming out, he alleged that Bibhav assaulted him. This is a case of female crime, CCTV footage can be tampered with. It is not right to give them bail right now.
The court said that the charge sheet has been filed in the case. He has been in jail for 100 days. The medical report says that the injuries to Maliwal are normal. Bail is available in such a case. Assistant Solicitor General should not oppose bail.
