The price of its advanced model can be up to Rs 2 crore according to the current market. However, changes in prices are possible due to tax.
Kandla and Mundra port strong contenders why
Deendayal Port Trust at Kandla is also trying to set up a Tesla assembly or production plant. For which the 800 -acre “Smart Industrial Port City” of the port has been considered an ideal place.
If the plant is located near this port, this will help Tesla to save the logistics cost. Due to the Gulf of Kutch, this place can make access to the Middle Eastern markets easier. However, Tesla owner Alan Musk has not yet shown any desire to build a plant.
Adani’s Mundra Port has facilities like land availability, private port, freedom to determine rates and an independent rail route made for a dedicated goods corridor (DFC), ie the movement of goods.
