The difficulties of 200 colleges affiliated to Jeevaji University increased, MP High Court ordered an inquiry to Eow

Newdunia Representative, Gwalior : The difficulties of colleges affiliated to Jeevaji University (JU) have now increased. Section 52 implemented in JU and the dismissal of Kulguru in the case of Jhundpura College was seen in the PIL going on in the Gwalior bench of the High Court.

JU affiliated college irregularity

In the hearing of the petition regarding irregularities in the colleges held in the High Court on Friday, the High Court has directed the EOW to investigate all the colleges affiliated to the colleges and submit the charge sheet against the accused in the court as soon as possible.

In the hearing of the case, it was informed by Jeevaji University that an FIR has been lodged by EOW in relation to Jhundpura College and the new Kulguru has also been appointed by the government by the government.

College distributing fake degrees

On this, the petitioner’s advocate Awadhesh Singh Bhadoria told the High Court that EOW is only investigating the case of Shiv Shakti College in Jhundpura, while there are 200 colleges affiliated to JU, which are distributing fake degrees.

Investigation of all colleges

Taking the matter seriously, the High Court passed an order that like Jhundpura, he should investigate the irregularities, formalities and other crimes of all the colleges related to the University and to submit an EOW investigation against the culprits in the competent court competent as soon as possible. JU should also provide full help in this.

Fake appointment of principal

Dr. Arun Sharma, a resident of Murar, has presented a public interest litigation in the High Court through advocate Awadhesh Singh Bhadauria that a college was said to be recognized from Jeevaji University Gwalior in the name of Shiv Shakti College in Jahdpura District Morena.

In this, his appointment to the post of Principal has been described, while he never gave any interview for the appointment of Principal in the said college nor does he have any information about the said college.

Neither building, nor staff running college

He also said in the petition that he himself is a resident of Jhundpura district Morena. No college named Shiv Shakti College is located in Jhundpura or district Morena. College is operated only on paper. There is neither college building nor staff. Students are also not taught.

200 fake college operated in Gwalior Chambal division

It was also said in the petition that like Jhundpura, about 200 fake colleges belonging to Jeevaji University are operated in Gwalior Chambal division. Those who are distributing fake degrees to millions of students by scaming a scholarship of crores of rupees received from the government.
