New Duniya Representative, Indore. The rapist, who raped a seven -year -old innocent, has been sentenced to the triple death penalty by the Sessions Court. The rapist had carried out the incident so cruelly that the innocent’s organs were mutilated. The girl had to remain hospitalized for several days. Operations were also done several times. His life could be saved with great difficulty. While sentenced to death, the court said that an innocent has suffered like death due to the rapist. The child will have to suffer its pain in such a way, in such a situation, no concession can be taken with the misdeeds. The court has also recommended the victim to get Rs five lakh as compensation amount.

This happened on the day of the incident

• The incident took place on 27 February 2024. A seven-year-old girl living in the police station Hira Nagar area was reached by her parents in a critical condition with MYH.
• The girl’s mother had told the police that Hiranagar lives with the family by making a hut. On the day of the incident, at around three in the afternoon, she was washing clothes in the open behind the hut.
• His seven -year -old girl was playing nearby. Meanwhile, Dewas, a resident of Lalsingh Panwar, the rapist Mangal Panwar, came there and pressed the girl’s mouth and took her to some distance with her to an empty plot.
• The woman came to know about the daughter’s disappearance at around 3:30 pm. When he started searching for him, he heard the cry of the victim.
• When the woman reached an empty plot some distance away from the hut, she saw her raping the misdeed daughter.
• Seeing this, she started screaming and people gathered around. Meanwhile, the rapist fled from there, but the residents caught him.

Had taken in critical condition

• The rapist carried out the crime with cruelty. He had reduced the girl’s organs.
• The girl was admitted for several days in MYH. His life could be saved somehow by performing more than half a dozen operations.
• On Friday, the Second Additional Sessions Judge and Special Judge (Paxo Act) Savita Jadia gave the decision.
• Dewas, a resident of the rapist Mangal Panwar, Lalsingh Panwar, was punished with the sentence of Section 376 (AB) Bhadvi, Section 5m/6 and Section 5I/6 Pakso Act.
• In -charge District Public Prosecution Officer and Special Public Prosecutor Sanjay Meena advocated in the case.

The court said the victim’s life becomes painful

• The court said that in the judgment, the court has said in the judgment that the life of the rape victim becomes more painful than death. He has to suffer this suffering throughout his life.
• The accused brutally raped the seven -year -old girl. He caused serious damage to the victim’s genitals.
• Given the mentality of the miscreants, there is a possibility that he can commit such crime in future also.
• In such a situation, it would be appropriate to punish the rapist only with the death penalty of the Paxo Act so that such crimes can be prevented.
• The court has recommended the victim to get the victim as a compensation amount of Rs five lakh. In -charge DPO Meena informed that this amount will be provided through the District Legal Authority.

First hanged in the state after amendment in the Act

The Paxo Act came into existence in the year 2012. The survey conducted on the Act revealed that there should be a rigorous punishment prohibition to prevent serious crimes against young girls. After this, amending the Act in the year 2019, the death penalty was given in Section 5m/6 and Section 5I/6. In -charge DPO Meena said that this is probably the first case in the state after amending the Paxo Act in which the rapist has been sentenced to death. Despite this case, the girl is alive, despite its court considered the act of the rapist to death.

Girls have been hanged before in the case of rape

The District Court has sentenced those who raped the girls before this. In the year 2019, the District Court sentenced a four -month -old girl to be hanged in a basement in Rajwada area. After this, in the year 2022, the District Court sentenced the four -year -old girl to be hanged under the Krishnapura bridge. In both the above cases, DPO in -charge was done by Sanjay Meena.
