American short-seller company Hindenburg Research is going to be closed. Hindenburg had targeted many business organizations including Adani Group. Now senior lawyer Jayanant Dehadrai has reacted regarding its closure. In NDTV’s show ‘Muqabla’, Jayanant Dehadrai has called the Hindenburg Report a well-planned conspiracy. He said, “There are many secrets hidden in the timing of Hindenburg’s closing shop.”
Jayanant Dehadrai says, “This was a very well-planned conspiracy, in which the global angle was on one side. A national angle was also given to this matter. If we look at Hindenburg Research, it was registered as an LLC in America. .LLC i.e. Limited Liability Company.”
He further said, “Hindenburg and Company must have understood with Trump’s victory that our pulse is not going to melt. The MP there, Lance Gudin, wrote a letter in detail to attorney Merrick Garland. Asked him on what basis It has been decided that you are going to start investigating an Indian business house, please inform about it.

Dehadrai says, “Whatever their allegations were, they were based on India. The Congressmen there wanted to know that your investigation was wrong. This whole game is a kind of timing. That letter goes and Donald Trump wins.
