On the other hand, Norway has issued emergency leaflets, advising people to be prepared for any emergency, including full-scale war.
Denmark has sent an email to its citizens to stockpile ration, water and medicines so that they can be prepared for any emergency, including a nuclear attack. Finland has also updated its online brochure on “preparing for incidents and crises” amid the escalating Russia-Ukraine war. Finland joined the US-led NATO military group last year.
