There was a huge uproar during the ongoing voting for the by-election (UP Bypoll Voting) in Meerapur seat of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. The crowd started pelting stones in Kakrauli, after which the police chased away the rioting crowd. Seeing the uproar, SSP has reached the spot with heavy police force.
BJP’s ally ILD candidate Mithlesh Pal has made serious allegations. He says that people have been called from outside. A large number of people coming from outside have been stopped with weapons in madrassas and mosques. Their allegation is that the police is giving support to others by driving away our people. RLD candidate accused of fake voting. Mithilesh Pal said that if the police will not see the voters present in burqa, then it will be a fraud.

RLD candidate’s allegation – fake voting is taking place
Before Mithilesh Pal, the ruckus of SP candidate was also seen in Kundarki. SP candidate Haji Rizwan had a heated argument with the police and accused the administration of setting up check posts inside the village and checking Aadhaar cards. He said that SP polling agents were not allowed to be appointed at 275 booths. The SP candidate even accused the police of casting his votes and said that votes were being cast from the slips of the BJP candidates.
‘Voters wearing burqa are not being checked’
By-elections are being held on 9 assembly seats in Uttar Pradesh. Voting is being held today in Meerapur, Ghaziabad, Kundarki, Khair, Karhal, Sisamau, Katehari, Majhwan and Phulpur assembly seats. But the RLD candidate alleges that fake voting is taking place here. Voters present in burqas are not being checked. Armed people have been called from outside and made to stay in madrassas.
