There will be an operation of e-buses in Bhopal, disturbances in BCLL will be investigated

Thousands of students and laborers have to come and go here, but the means of traffic are not strong. Bhopal is being made Metropolitan City, so the new e-buses that are going to be operated, should be run here. This demand was raised by BJP MLA Rameshwar Sharma from Huzur region of Bhopal in the House on Monday. On this, Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya assured that an action plan will be made in collaboration with the Transport Department. Irregularity in the operation of BCLL buses will be investigated.

The BJP MLA said that buses are not going to places like Sehore, Mandideep, Rajgarh Pilukhedi, Berasia, Sanchi, Bhojpur. The 100 e-PM electric buses being provided by the Government of India will work to improve traffic but they should not be operated as before. A little improvement should be made in this.

52,752 acres of land under the suzerain of Waqf in MP

• In response to a question, other Backward Classes and Minister of State for Minority Welfare Krishna Gaur said that there are 52 thousand 752 acres of land under the suzerainty of Waqf Board across the state.
• Shajapur district has 4, 503 acres in the year 1990 and 4, 507 acres in the current position.
• The eight properties that have increased were registered in the year 1994 under the Inexus of the Waqf Act prevalent in Shajapur district.
• Of these, five private land and three properties are on government land. Regarding the land of Waqf Board, 11 cases from 2017 to 2024 have been registered in the Waqf Tribunal Court Bhopal. Five cases of encroachment are pending since the year 2021. ,

It is not necessary if a caste is in Scheduled Tribes in Gujarat

• Congress MLA Mahesh Patel raised the matter of this caste being in Scheduled Tribes in Gujarat and also talked about inclusion in the Scheduled Tribes in place of OBC in the state.
• On this, Minister of State for Backward Classes and Minority Welfare Krishna Gaur said that we cannot compare that if this caste is in Scheduled Tribes in Gujarat then it should also be in Madhya Pradesh.
• Based on the report of the Ramji Mahajan Commission in 1984, the Nayak caste was included with caste sub -caste Banjara, Banjari, Mathura, Nayakada, Dhuria, Labhana, Labana, Lamnene on serial number four of the Backward Class Schedule.
• If people of this caste have to join the Scheduled Tribes, then they will have to make efforts in it. For this, the proposal of the caste group will have to be given to the Madhya Pradesh State Scheduled Tribal Commission.
• He will obtain opinion from the Tribal Research Institute on the proposal, which will be based on the survey. Based on this, the Commission will send its recommendation to the state and the Government of India.
