1. Rawa Chela

To make this we need
Semolina 1 bowl
curd 1 bowl
Chopped chillies 1 to 2
chopped onion 1/2 bowl
1/2 bowl chopped capsicum
Coriander leaves 2 teaspoons
black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
Vomitable oil 2 spoons

  • To make this, first peel the semolina and clean it. Now add curd to it and mix it and add water as required.
  • Keep the prepared mixture aside for 15 minutes. After that add onion, chopped capsicum and green chilli to the semolina solution.
  • Dilute the solution and add black pepper and salt as per taste. Also add coriander leaves to enhance the taste.
  • Grease the pan and spread the mixture on it in a circular manner and let it cook from one side. After that turn it and cook it from the other side also.
  • Once Rava Cheela is ready, serve it with mint chutney. If you want, you can also stuff it with cheese.

2. Rava Appe

To make it we need

Semolina 1 cup
Urad dal 1/2 cup
Poha 1/2 cup
curd 1 cup
Curry leaves 5 to 6
Mustard seeds 1/4 teaspoon
salt as per taste

  • To make Rava Appe, first soak urad dal overnight. After that, next morning separate the water and prepare a smooth paste.
  • Take poha in a bowl, let it soak and mash it when it becomes soft. Now add urad dal to poha and mix it.
  • Add semolina, curd and mustard seeds to the prepared paste and mix. Also add salt as per requirement.
  • Cover the paste and then add coriander leaves to it and fill it in the mould. But before that, grease the mold.

4. Rava Idli

To make it we need

Semolina 1 cup
Curd 1/2 cup
water 1/2 cup
Mustard seeds 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves 8 to 10
salt to taste
