The purpose of this bill is to help India deal with threats to its territorial integrity and to stop security assistance to Pakistan if it is found sponsoring terrorism against India.

At the Department of Homeland Security, Noem will work with Tom Homan, who was recently elected America’s Border Czar. Noem dropped out of college at the age of 22 to run the family farm.
