Today in history 27th January: Bird flu outbreak has been seen in the country for more than a decade and a half. In the year 2008, bird flu disease was caused by damage for the chicken parents of West Bengal. A large number of eggs, chicks, chickens and other poultry were destroyed due to outbreak of bird flu in 13 districts of the state. The disease started on January 16, 2008 from Birbhum district and then about half the state was hit by this disease. On January 27, information about the spread of this disease was officially spread in 13 districts.
