- Police said vehicles were diverted from areas around Mandi House, Bengali Market, northern end of Ranjit Singh Flyover, Minto Road-Deendayal Upadhyay Marg crossing, RK Ashram Marg-Chitragupta Marg crossing, Gol Market, GPO, Kasturba Gandhi Road etc. towards Connaught Place. Will not be allowed to go any other way.
- Vehicular movement will not be allowed in the inner, middle or outer circles of Connaught Place, except for those holding valid passes.
- Gol Dak Khana, Patel Chowk on Rakab Ganj Road behind Akashvani, Baroda House to Mandi House on Copernicus Marg, Minto Road and Press Road area on DD Upadhyay Marg, Panchkuian Road on RK Ashram Marg, KG Marg on Copernicus Lane-Ferozeshah Crossing. If you go out to celebrate New Year in Noida this evening, then definitely check the traffic diversion plan. Noida Police has prepared a traffic plan by placing barricades at various places. Traffic arrangements and diversion will be done at malls and markets like Sector-18, GIP, Garden Galleria, DLF, Center Stage Mall, Modi Mall, Logix, Spectrum, Skyven, Starling, Gaur, Ansal, Venice etc.
- Diversion will be implemented in Noida Sector-18 from 3 pm. Drivers coming here will be able to park their vehicles in the Sector-18 multilevel parking. Vehicles coming via Atta Peer Chowk will be able to go to multilevel parking from HDFC Bank Cut. Traffic going from Greater Noida towards Kisan Chowk Parthala will take left from Bisrakh Hanuman Temple and reach the destination via Sorkha Parthala. Drivers coming to Jagat Farm Market near Jagat Farm Pari Chowk and Ansal Mall will be able to park their vehicles in the designated parking.

20 thousand soldiers deployed in Delhi today
