It was claimed that the ministers started sitting in their car without listening to the students. Meanwhile, hundreds of students surrounded the car and the students ran behind the moving car. Some students climbed on the bonnet of the car. Meanwhile, the car’s windscreen broke. Also, a student was injured after coming under the car. He has an injury to the head and leg.

TMC alleges that Minister Basu’s health deteriorated after leaving the university. He was taken to SSKM Hospital. According to doctors, now the condition of Minister Basu is fine.

Basu said- The true form of SFI is undemocratic and uncontrolled Regarding the incident, Basu said, ‘It is clear from the protest that the true form of SFI is undemocratic and uncontrolled. These people raised slogans against the teaching community.

He said-

Today, people who were protesting against the saffronisation of the country, who were making big claims to fight for democracy, fight against fascism. He joined hands with fascist forces today to protest against me and the members of the teacher community. Because we did not bow down to their pressure strategy, their bullying strategy.
